Self serenity massage therapy12/27/2023 I knew that I would need to stand and serve from an authentic place to efficiently support my client who also said YES and are ready to dive deeper to the next level of their growth.Īs a woman, I found it necessary to learn and understand the spiritual phenomena taking place within me and how I naturally operate. I said YES to diving deeper into self-discovery of my Mindset, Spiritual awareness, and lifestyle creation. This is where I decided to become a Self-Care Coach. I didn’t stop there, I wanted to know, what else? Other factors that may contribute to our healing in addition to what I was aware of, and of course I discovered the catalytic effects of mind-set, Spiritual awareness, and Lifestyle creation. When I became aware of adding energy hygiene maintenance to my routine, I noticed that it supported the longevity of my results after a self-care session. I became familiar with clean and stable energy flow, and its optimizing effects within the physical body which in essence, is a massage for the energy field. A no touch therapy working only within the body’s energetic field. Our Sub-Conscious energy body has its own anatomy which could be the catalyst of us experiencing healing with our areas of concern. Once I noticed the pattern with myself and clients coming in with the same problems, same symptoms with short time relief, I asked the question, what else could it be? So, I searched deeper and found that we all have a Sub-conscious system, an energy body which surrounds, and controls the inner workings of our physical body. It wasn’t long before I realized that there was more to trauma release than just the muscles of the physical body. I pursued knowledge in Relaxation techniques, Trauma release therapy, neuromuscular trigger point release, soft tissue release to name a few, and I also received treatments myself. My intrigue in this work leads me to study more modalities to further assist the body’s relief from pain due to contracted muscles, trauma and repetitive use. It was there where I gain an intuitive feel for releasing muscle spasms in the body. I began my career working with Chiropractors on clients with acute to chronic injury cases due to trauma. I attended a school in San Diego California after my honorable discharge from the military. So, my decision to become a Holistic Health Practitioner and study Massage Therapy was born from my desire to share and encourage the same results in others. I realized that I felt more favorable when I was consistent, so I committed to doing something that encouraged my healing at least once a day, once a week, or once a month, I was convinced once I noticed evidence of my well-being in my ability to serve proficiently and function day to day. I found relief and healing when I adopted a consistent care approach. It helped me maintain a sense of balance with my nervous system as I lived with chronic anxiety and body discomforts due to PTSD and several injuries sustained during my service in the military. I decided to become a Holistic Health Practitioner after experiencing the healing benefits of therapeutic massage.
